Staff is rude
Was trying to make an appointment. Youngman was rude and hung up on me. I called back and told him don't do that again and let me talk to dr Bae and he held on or hung up and wouldn't get Dr. Bae. He's a good dr but will lose his long time patients hiring terrible people like that. Saturday he said they were open but when I called no one ans the phone. I'm considering looking for a new dr after 20 plus years.

Office staff sucks
Dr. Bae himself is a great doctor. He has great follow up with his patients and ensures you are seen as often as needed. His office or his receptionist is rude, has no people skills, and appears to lack any patience to work in the health sector. If you're not persistent with your medications being processed with her, you will never receive your meds if she's the one processing them. No organization skills.

Receptionist is rude and inept at dealing with patients. Prescription authorization never sent to insurance company. Lied she was waiting for approval. When called out she stated they are too busy and I have to hold my horses!!! Rachel is dearly missed. Doctor, you need to find better talent.
