Dr. Zorn is so kind and caring. He obviously know a great deal about sleep and has helped me a lot. The sleep study people are great but the office staff is not very friendly.

Like him very much. He just needs a new office Manger. They come off strict. And unfriendly. But the doctor isn't like that.

Dr. Zorn is fine. His office staff, and the unfriendly way they run the place is about to send me elsewhere. The staff acts like they are doing you a favor working there. It is difficult to get a call back, and difficult to speak to a real person. Such arrogance I have rarely seen.
