Greedy Doctor
The office books back to back appts wait times were as much as 7 hours long. still over 20 months later due to problems w ‘procedure’ major issues w eye. In our opinions, Be extra cautious of this “doctor”

In it for the money
Long wait appt at 10:00 did leave until 2:00, by the time I saw doctor eye drops were not working, he is just doing the numbers, don’t seem to be concerned with my symptoms, I fired him and his rude staff, went to another doctor.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for THREE WEEKS with at least 4 calls to the office which only takes messages. No human answers you’re just put on hold for a very long time before being sent to answering machine!! Awful!!

waited over 2 hrs and 45 min just to be told would be another hour!! No way to social distance in crowed waiting rooms. Husband was told he didn't have appt (which he did) because they pulled wrong authorization. Spoke to office manager who could have cared less. Wouldn't recommend Dr. Yaplee to anyone.

I don't get it. If you know you are going to make your patients wait 1 - 2 hours, why not schedule them that way. Why do you bring in 20 people at one appointed time. The waiting time is ridiculous. I will be looking for another Doc. I have had other doctors tell me that 15 min is too long to wait. This is just rude. No one is that good. Of course I waited until 4:00 for a 2:15 appointment. I finally left. I don't think anyone noticed. Not recommending to anyone.

If you don't mind waiting anywhere from 1/12 - 3 hours, you may be satisfied with Dr. Yaplee. I've heard he is supposed to be good but the wait time is extremely frustrating.
