Dr. Weitz is great
I was lucky enough to get Dr. Weitz at the ER during an emergency procedure and been under his capable care for nearly 15 years. Confidence and trust with a great sense of humor!

This man is a dullard intellectually so I can only hope his important skills are honed. I flipped him off and the staff, who he shouted at as "people" apparently saw what I did, as they asked me why I flipped him off and seconded what I thought. He kept me waiting too long, and pushed me to make an important decision that was ill-advised.

Although he had a good bedside manner and seems to be a nice man, and I'm sure any doctor can make a mistake in a diagnosis. That being said I would get a second opinion, If the report had not been reviewed by another doctor my husband might have had an issue before he got the surgery he needed.

Dr. Weitz inserted a stent after I was admitted to hospital in Schenectady suffering a myocardial infarction. I've said I would recommend him to friends and family but the truth is that living in the UK this is unlikely. This was a caring doctor with a good bedside manner and aftercare. Any grading of performance (which I am asked for below) is inaccurate based on geographical limitations.
