Dr. Tureff is an amazing diagnostician. Many, many years ago, when he was practicing in Chicagoland, he changed my life. I'd been to doctor after doctor with stomach inflammation that was unexplained. Every test, one worse than the next, was inconclusive. A few doctors concluded it was my imagination, or my lack of ability to handle stress. Until we encountered Dr. Tureff. He saw me at my worst, looked over my charts, and diagnosed an extreme sensitivity to lactose. Once the lactose was out of my diet, I never had those symptoms again. Never, in all these years. And no, I wasn't imagining it all. He made me feel well again. I'll be forever grateful that he listened, paid attention, and diagnosed with accuracy.
