Most incompetent doctor's office I have ever been to! I had a cystoscopy done and paid $150 on 5/21, less than a month later after paying almost half of the bill they send it to collections! I paid the rest of the bill last month but am still getting statements! The cashier tells me that they have 2 of me in their system, what the hell? Can't talk to anyone who knows anything and this will affect our credit score. On top of all of that, they did nothing to help me so it was all for nothing! Never, ever will go back or recommend this office. The doctor might be just fine but your office staff makes a big difference too.
