Dr. Steven Traikovich, MD

Several years ago I went in to get a tonsillectomy. Dr. T mentioned I had a deviated septum & said it would be helpful if I had my turbinates removed as well. Long story short I was not able to swallow for months without water coming out my nose. I couldn’t eat & I lost a half a pound a day & ended up with my pharyngeal wall partially paralyzed. I have dysphasia (unable to swallow normally). I have since been to multiple other ENT’s. I was shocked to learn I still have a deviated septum. My throat is asymmetrical (lopsided) which could happen if you took too much & caused a collapse, & he said that he took too much out of the turbinates (causing new problems) . I thought it was odd that Dr. T was doing breast implants when he was supposed to be an ENT. But I was in there every week with my long recovery & saw several women who were there recovering from that. He diagnosed me with Marfan’s syndrome to explain why I wasn’t healing properly…nope. But he is nice. Just go somewhere else.

You know that everlasting question, 'Any regrets when you die?' Well this would be my one and only! Better at salesmanship than craftsmanship, Dr. Traikovich will leave you feeling regrets and an empty check book. Best keep looking, nothing to see here but a snake salesman.

My husband is a 6’5 black man. A gentle giant to say the least. While in the office upon his 3 rd visit for pre- op he had questions about side effects, immediately after seeing the Dr. He then encountered the office manager, who happens to also be the Dr’s wife. She was less than empathetic to his concerns and quite curt. When my husband was trying to explain that he just wanted to speak to the Dr briefly, she wanted to schedule another appointment. This visit ended with her calling the police! All over the request to speak the Dr about possible anesthesia side effect. This is not the only negative review involving the office manager. We’ve since changed Dr’s and refuse to contribute another dime to this facility. I encourage anyone considering this office to reconsider should you be looking for compassionate and non discriminatory service.

Went in to have sinus surgery and my tonsils removed. Because of his thorough Practice procedures they found cancer in my right tonsil. He set me up with Oncologist and scheduled my 2nd surgery before I even knew. I absolutely love this man and everyone in his office. They treat me like family and I would recommend him to everyone.

Just got letter discharging me of care after 6 years of being a patient with no explanation or anything. So unbelievably rude. I even paid out of pocket when I wasn't covered by insurance. Just found out I had a outstanding bill that I didn't know about and only received while I was dealing with th death of my dad. I can't express enough how wonderful Dr. Traikovich and his entire office is. I have had 2 procedures done by Dr. Traikovich and I am so satisfied with both. Just an amazing doctor that I highly recommend.

Dr T is the best doctor in Phoenix! His specialty is ENT; my health history is complex and he was able to diagnose a lot more than ears, nose and throat. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and caring. I had a list of questions and he listened well and answered them all. He and his staff go the extra mile to provide great service. Highly recommend.

Dr. Traikovich is an AMAZING doctor! I'm currently being treated for a "bizarre" sinus infection situation, he and his staff have been so kind and caring during this whole process.

Dr. Traikovich is an AMAZING doctor/surgeon! My son was sick for almost 6 months straight with URI's, constant ear infections, pneumonia & strep throat. After months for hearing the same thing from urgent care physicians & pediatricians, we took it upon on ourselves to see a ENT. They got us in the next day and my son had tubes put in a week later. He has been healthy ever since! I love everything about this office, Dr. Traikovich and his staff are wonderful and I am so glad I found them!
