He has to be one of the most compassionate doctors ever and so smart. If it wasn’t for him suggesting a very simple test for my husband I may not have a husband now. Very pleased with him.

Amazing Care
Dr Tai always keeps me informed from the moment I walk in his office. He is punctual, and yet always takes all the time I want to discuss my concerns. He is proactive with test results.

Don’t know what we would do without him
Words that come to mind are selfless, highly intelligent, caring, and determined. He doesn’t stop until he discovers the best plan of action for what he feels is the problem. He goes about it quietly and with modesty. He asks questions and then listens thus involving the patient as a team member. He has been available whenever needed. He is truly devoted to his patients, his work and his Hippocratic oath.

I selected Dr Tai when my previous physician retired. Fortunately, for me, he was acccepting new patients. I have found him to be attentive and thorough. He never makes me feel rushed, and the personal phone calls to follow up are greatly appreciated. I would recommend him without hesitation

A few years ago my husband got really sick, was shaking and could hardly walk. We took him to Dr. Tai, his regular physician. One look at my husband Dr. Tai knew this was not his normal characteristic so Dr. Tai immediately put my husband in a wheelchair and wheeled him over to St. Thomas and stayed there with our family until he was checked in. I will never forget the care Dr. Tai and his staff gave my husband to get him better. I refer all my family and friends to Dr. Tai.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tai's since the late 1990's. I find him to be an excellent Primary Care Physician. I would highly recommend him, and in fact have done so over the years

He is very poor at diagnosis. He is unable to suspect infection and has actually allowed one of his patients to die because of this area of poor competence. He is also sometimes distracted by less important complaints a patient may be having, not focusing on treating the main problem. He seems nice, but not adequately competent. Sadly, he is not recommended to treat patients. I would never recommend that anyone I know see him as their physician.
