Dr Sumpter is always on top of things concerning my health. The specialist doctors that he recommends for me have also gotten great reviews and are quality doctors. When I have any issues with prescriptions or prior authorizations, his office is always on top of things. I would highly recommend him at least for the past 3 years since I moved out here I've never had any issues with him he's a great doctor!

When I approached the office, I was greeted by his friendly staff, who were professional, incredibly warm, and welcoming.Upon entering Dr. Sumpter's office, he exuded a sense of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to review my medical history thoroughly and attentively listened to all of my concerns. Throughout the appointment he answered all my questions, and clearly explained his thoughts.After our meeting, I receive the referrals related to my visit so quickly. It was evident that Dr. Sumpter prioritizes his patients' needs; his prompt response reflected a true commitment to their care. Overall, my visit was informative and comforting, and I left feeling optimistic about my healthcare journey ahead.

Tele visits are difficult and Dr Sumpter made this one work. The audio was not working for some reason and he picked up his cell phone rang my phone so we immediately had audio while we had visual on the telehealth visit. The visit was on time thorough and as usual, Dr Sumpter is a great listener. My prescriptions we’re called in and I got a notice from the pharmacy within 60 seconds of hanging up for my telehealth appointment.

the perception drug because the doctor never called it in so went up to Fry:s pharmacy to see if he had called it in NO. He is late calling it in buy 3days

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Sumpter for years. We receive outstanding care. We are able to schedule appointments easily. We are seen promptly after arrival and Dr. Sumpter spends time with us and responds well to our concerns. We couldn't be more pleased than we are to have him as our Primary Care Physician. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of quality care.

It was the most impersonal doctor visit I have ever had and I'm 60. My appt. was on FRIDAY 6/12 @ 9:30 am for back pain. I brought some x-rays I just had done. He had no light screen to look at them. He gave me some muscle relaxers and said he was sending me to get more x-rays, lab work and an MRI and they would contact me for appointments. I called back at NOON to see if I could wear a cervical collar. They replied on MONDAY afternoon. 12 days later and I have yet to receive another phone call... Hence, I'm changing my provider that couldn't wait to get me out of his office.

This doctor is the epitome of what a doctor should be like! he's amazing he's attentive he listens, he will spend lots of time with you and explain to you everything. Makes you feel very comfortable! I believe they're feeling like you know what's going on.
