Went in for a vasectomy did research before hand to know what to expect. The "numbing agent" he was supposed to apply must have been empty. I felt everything poke,prod,cut,burn ect. At the first poke I told him I could feel it. His reply was to breath out and relax. When he pulled the first vas out I almost went through the roof. Again he said I felt it because I wasn't relaxed. I moved my hands and he got upset and said to remain still. It was the worst pain I have ever experienced I felt like I was going to throw up. I curled my toes and grabbed my chest praying for it to be over. He left the room several times during the procedure. It was the worst experience in my life. This is coming from someone who has had back surgery hernias numerous broken bones ect. And the recovery has been just as painful. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. Go see a urologist and get it done right.

Was very quick and efficient. Had the least amount of after-effects compared to co-workers that had similar procedures elsewhere.

Dr. Shu and his team are efficient! They told me I would be in and out in 10 minutes, and I guess it was actually 11 minutes because I spent a minute asking "was that really it". It was darn near painless, as promised. I would sign up for it again, but I spose I don't really need to... Thanks Dr. Shu and team!

Great place and very easy to work with

Went in for a Vasectomy. I was a little nervous going into it, but had been repeatedly told by Dr. Shu that it would be a very simple and quick procedure. I had a 3:30 appt, but showed up a little early at 3:20. Dr. Shu was ready to go when I arrived, so we started early. I felt no pain at all during the procedure. I walked out of the office at 3:32. I would recommend to anybody looking for a quick and easy vasectomy, Dr. Shu knows what he is doing.

I found Dr. Shu through his website ezvasectomy.com, and let me tell you --it was EASY! I drove 5 hours to visit his office for the procedure, and it was worth it. Dr. Shu helped keep me calm through the whole procedure which lasted about 10 minutes. It was very easy and I walked out of the office to my family who waited in the car. Dr. Shu keeps a very clean office and is very professional in his work. I was pleased to learn about his medical missions in underserved countries, and his medical etiquette is above par. I would definitely recommend his work to others. Before the procedure, I researched many doctors and I'm glad I made the right choice. Thank you Dr. Shu!

Was pretty nervous about having my vasectomy but it was way less scary than lasik eye surgery. Staff was very friendly and great to work with for scheduling and keeping in communication as stuff got moved back due to Covid19. Waiting time was just a little bit longer than the vasectomy itself which was only like 6mn, literally. Dr. Shu was very easy to talk to and made you feel as comfortable as one can for that kind of procedure, lol.
