Poor bedside manner. Does not like to be asked questions. He literally walked out of the room and never came back when a family member asked a question about at home care. I hope Boone Hospital reconsiders placing him in the ER setting.

Was just in the ER with my father. Found out he's had a stroke. Dr. Scott is extremely rude with no bedside personality. He doesn't like to be asked questions and will just tell you no when asked to repeat or clarify something. I realize this was a time sensitive situation but why have family come to room to hear what doctor has to say when he's so rude and obviously finds routine questions extremely annoying. He'd better be a darn good doctor because his bedside manner is 0.

VERY rude, uncaring. Did not value patients time and did not do thorough check up in ER after waiting 6 hours to see a Dr. I suggest Boone hospital stop sending him to see patients in the ER, his bedside manner is not suited for that environment
