They don't care about your pain.
I've been 'seeing' this doctor since August for chronic daily migraines. I have a few pre-existing conditions that were discussed at length during my first visit. When he prescribed daily medication, he failed to inform me that it would worsen my depression. I stopped that med and his PA prescribed something else, again ignoring my IBS diagnosis. I had terrible stomach pain and severe constipation for 7 days. I stopped that med. I told him I stopped and he didn't offer an alternative. They take days to return messages, if at all. I've been without maintenance meds for months and am relying on meds that are only supposed to be used sparingly. I still get daily headaches. I have an appt with a different neuro coming up soon, so I hope this new one can help me. Don't waste your time with these people. They don't care about you or your pain.

DONT GO HERE!
Dr didn't bother to call my brother back after knowing that the he was newly diagnosed with Parkinsons disease!! Just left a note on his portal that the test his scan was positive for Parkinsons disease. ...and then had his office give him a follow up appt for 5mos later!! no phone call from the good dr until we called several times begging for a follow up call to discuss it. And then said...'well we can't do anything about it...it isn't an emergency that we needed to see you again right away' That was his reasoning to not bother calling him to follow up after all of his testing!! DO NOT GO HERE! Every dr we spoke to subsequent to him was appalled!!

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Rosen which proved to be extremely helpful. He discussed my troubling symptoms and asked several significant questions to clarify the next steps in diagnosing possible causes. I appreciate his concern and responsiveness. I felt extremely confident in his knowledge and abilities. He promptly notified me upon receipt of my test results, which allayed my anxiety. I would certainly recommend Dr. Rosen to family and friends.
