Dr. Rider listened to what I had to say, spoke to me as an intelligent human, explained anything I didn't understand. Wonderful qualities that aren't so easy to find these days.

Great Doctor, he has helped me with migraines and Trigiminal Neuralgia on both side of my face. He is very intelligent and up to date on new research and medication. He will take the time to find what treatment is best for you. He is caring and listens to what you have to say in a visit. The best neurologist that I know.

First neurologist I’ve seen who understands my conditions well. I didn’t even have to explain myself for him to get it. It was worth the 5 month wait to see him.

Love Dr Rider. He identified an extremely rare disease that has plagued me for many years that many others couldn't, but, the follow through from the office staff is so bad that the lapse in time for follow through, failure to identify medical changes made by the doctor and incomplete paperwork submitted leading to even further painful delays, plus the staffs' failure to take any responsibility for their part in mistakes and delays has totally soured me and now that I know what the disease is, I'll seek care from another place that actually will address my complications in a manner that shows and proves caring.

Difficult to get an appointment with, but well worth the wait. When I first saw Dr. Rider for peripheral neuropathy, he ran a battery of blood tests to check for other things that are often associated. What he eventually discovered was the very beginning stages of MGUS. Because of his thoroughness, I'm now also under the care of a hematologist in case the MGUS progresses, which it has not.

Dr. Rider is very knowledgeable and personable. I was treated for epilepsy by different neurologists for 15 years with little success. Dr. Rider worked out a treatment plan that has allowed me to be seizure-free for over 3 years. He listens to my symptoms as opposed to automatically increasing medicine doses. It takes a while to get an appointment, but that's indicative of the quality of his services. When I needed an urgent appointment associated with prenatal care, he accommodated me.
