Will NEVER recommend him.
He does NOT listen. Refused to see me after weeks of PT. PT caused more pain, so I was back on crutches. Horrible experience. My pain today, 20yrs later, is the same or worse. Ended ALL of my running & walking athletics. Arrogant.

Great Orthopedic Doctor

Dr Steven Reece & Staff are SUPER!
His Staff are very compassionate. There’s always a smile. Everyone is very gentle spoken and professional all to be said about Dr. Steven Reece too! He listens to me and with needed tests he gives me the diagnosis, and recommends treatment. With me he has to really stress physical therapy and to stick to it if I want favorable results! I have the tendency to just go a while and not follow up with the exercises at home. It’s “Joan Marie, You Have to do this if you want to get strong”! Dr. Reece REALLY CARES about me!!! Looking at his decor, Dr. Reece is a good family man with pictures of his son, loves his dog! Plus a Super Sports Fan and Sports Doctor! I enjoy looking at everything hanging around! I wouldn’t want to go to any other Orthopedic Doctor! He and his Staff are Great! - Joan Marie

Wonderful Non Surgical Physician!
My husband and I recommend Dr Steven Reese because he has been able to diagnose our issues in a matter of 5 minutes without any lengthy or expensive testing. He listens and understands your concerns and has a compassionate bedside manner. He had to administer a cortisone injection into my shoulder recently. He made sure he used a numbing spray so that I wouldn't feel a thing. It was the first time I did not have pain from that type of injection. We have already recommended Dr Reese to some friends and they are very thankful that they are under his care. He's amazing!

Great Ortho Doc!
Dr. Reece has been my ortho doctor for years. As a runner as well as cyclist, I find myself in his office for a variety of ortho injuries. His solutions are always on target since I am able to get back to pre-injury status and continue to run, walk and bike at my age (over 65). He is always proactive about remaining active. Thanks Dr. Reece!

Great Doc!
I have seen Dr. Reece several times and each time he has taken the time to listen to me and give solutions to my issues. My elbow was overextended and he ordered a wrist splint and some meds and within one day, my elbow was 80% better.

Excellent Doctor!!
Dr Reece recently treated me for a badly dislocated elbow. After a thorough exam ordered a custom made splint to replace the cast the ER had given me and also ordered a CT scan to determine if any hairline fracture existed that didn’t show up on the X-ray. Dr Reece has treated my wife and daughter as well as me previous to this injury and has consistently provided the very best care. Highly recommend Dr Reece for Orthopedic care. He is a superior physician.

Best Doctor I Ever Had!
Dr. Reece is keeping me mobile and has been for a long time. He works hard to help me and doesn’t rush through my visit. For a person who does not like needles he puts me at ease and there is hardly any pain. Wouldn’t want to go to anyone else because he is very caring. He works on my knees, back, neck and sciatica and has really helped me tremendously.

A Happy Repeat Patient
My sciatica kicked in again and I knew he was great to work with five years prior. The only doctor I wanted to see. He listens very well and works with you for the best practical solution. My wife chose to use Dr Reese after seeing how successful he was in treating me.

Good Visit
My experience with Dr. Reece was better than expected. Actually, I was quite pleased. I have not seen any results yet, but expect I will soon. He was efficient, quick and really polite. He diagnosed my problem, showed it to me on the X-rays, the first visit. He made me feel comfortable. He even found a way to tell me losing weight could help without being offensive. The main thing and an extreme thing for me was he was prompt, and on time. When a doctor is on time it makes me feel he values your time as much as he want you to value his. The staff was pleasant as well. The only thing I didn’t like was most of them did not wear mask. With being around so many people all day I would think they would take the extra precaution.

Very competent, approachable, and effective
I have recommended Dr. Reece to dozens of people over the years. I can't speak highly enough about him and his team. Here's what they get right consistently: 1) on-site X-rays for rapid diagnosis; 2) almost always on-time (the one time I can recall that he ran late there was a big sign estimating the delay as soon as I walked in the door, giving me the opportunity to re-arrange my schedule or reschedule the appointment); 3) he's a great communicator and I can reliably reach his team by phone or through the patient portal; 4) I almost always walk out the door with a treatment plan in place that leads to recovery; 5) he and his team have always been kind and approachable - these are very compassionate people; and 6) he focuses on recovery using the least invasive techniques first. If surgery or additional support is needed, they can provide that, but that is always viewed as the last resort.
