As a international lawyer, I try to treat people with respect and not speak down to people. Doctors and lawyers are providing a service and I must say, I found this doctor to be quite condensing and very dismissive of my concerns. Which makes matters worse, after he reviewed my X-rays, I felt that he simply wanted to get me out of the office and onto the next patient. I rang his office twice and sent an email to ask for simple pain relief (I have back, next and knee pain) --- over a week later, I never received a response. Very rude. I went to another doctor and he was a lot more responsive and helpful and suggested what avenues to take. This doctor, would not even prescribe a simple anti inflammatory medicine. This doctor needs to address his bed side manner.

Extremely condescending. Had the worst doctor experience of my life. Broke my finger and he asked me "why do you care, do you want to be a finger model." I now have a permanently dislocated finger.

He is not a fan of surgery as a first option - it's PT, medication, cortisone shot in that order before considering surgery. That's a great strategy. Attention to detail is where he fell short. When I left the exam he immediately sent me next door for an x-ray - and listed the incorrect side (now I know why technicians, radiologists, etc. ask repetitive questions). Lastly, a word in his title on his business card was misspelled.

An 85-year-old former marathon runner, I injured my knee in a hiking fall. One orthopedist diagnosed the pain as arthritis and told me to stop hiking. I then saw Dr. Ravich. He diagnosed it as a likely meniscus injury which, with cold treatment, could heal in several weeks, and that surgery was not indicated (I liked that.). He was right and, two years later, I have been hiking regularly without pain.

This is the worse doctor on planet earth. He made me lose a lot of money with his notations regarding my health after surgery. I strongly do not recommend him! Please look elsewhere!!!

NG. No personality. I went into Ravichs office in severe pain on a Fri, after I was crushed by 270 lb on a hack squat machine. He said I had a muscle spasm. I was in tears from pain all weekend because the meds were ineffective. After I insisted on an MRI he said my spine was fractured. After waiting in pain a long time at my next visit another patient came in and they took her ahead of me and I waited another hour. The next time after waiting an hour I got up and walked out. Go elsewhere.
