Extremely disappointed in the front office staff. Arrived for my appointment I was greeted by a staffer shaking her head at me with a dour expression on her face. She said that I had a 8:00 am appointment. I had a confirmation text message that said 8:45 am. She said that it had nothing to do with them. Staffer said I will not argue with you implying that I was wrong end of discussion. No concern for the mix up. No kindness. Frustrated I left office.
