My daughter went to see this doctor on Monday 1-17-2021 he was rude made her cry told her to take magnesium and wouldn't listen to anything she had to say. She tried to ask him of possibilities of other things he said no nothing then closed his laptop and dismissed her as a patient. Tuesday the next day 1-18-2021 my daughter had blood running out of her ears all down her neck n her nose was bleeding at the same time. She had 1 seizer that lasted 7 minutes and then again this morning on 1-19-2021 she had another seizer. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. He has zero compassion and didn't even try to help my daughter. I have never written a review on any doctor in my life, but this is not right.

I am a regular patient (see him about 3-6 months for Multiple Sclerosis) and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for my appointments. Dr. Otto, as well as everyone in his office are so nice and easy to talk to. Everything is explained to me in a way I can fully understand. Honestly, one of the best doctors I've ever seen!

Not impressed. Not thorough and doesn’t think outside of the box. I felt I knew more about neurology than he did. He did the most basic tests, and then sent me on, while I am still dealing with the ramifications of his lack of care.

Ive seen Drs of all sorts, for years, after being treated very rudely MANY times. I can say, Dr. Otto AND his staff were WONDERFUL! That includes from check in to check out. He REALLY listened, was specific in questioning, explained thoroughly, he didn’t rush me (a migraine sufferer knows at times, words don’t come easy) Nurse D was icing on the cake,Kind, informative, helpful. An extra plus, they both added some humor to the visit, which always helps! I was very impressed and appreciated it.

After a visit to another neurologist who I didn’t feel listened to me I decided to seek a second opinion. I found myself in Dr Otto’s office and not only did I feel he listened and heard what I said but I also didn’t feel like he tried to drown me in prescriptions. He listened, discussed multiple options and offered solutions for me. I am so thrilled to have found a Dr who is not only knowledgeable but also listens to his patients! 5+++ stars

I was life flighted to Springfield Mo. this past November. I guess Dr. Otto was on call at the trauma unit the day I arrived from another hospital. They were afraid I was having a stroke. Dr. Otto started testing me as soon as I arrived. Elevated blood pressure and extreme head pain. He diagnosed me, I was put on new meds. I felt I was in very capable hands.
