Ego matters more to him than patients
My appointment was for 10:30 a.m. on January 13th. The nurse brought me back and left me at the room at 10:51am. Dr Omarro then didn't appear until 12:12pm. He seemed very ignorant of why I was even there, though once I filled him in, his response was "oh yeah that's a nasty disease. Had someone die from it because it hit their heart". I tell him that the antibiotics I'm on don't seem to be working to which he responded " Your lymph nodes are p**sed off, like a woman whose husband has had an affair. They'll take a while to cool down." He insisted I stay on the antibiotics. I followed his course of treatment and after 2 weeks, things were significantly worse. I begged to be put back on the antibiotics that DID work previously and he refused, outright lying in say that they don't work for my infection. So now my infection is spreading and I'm in pain 24/7. Do NOT let anyone refer you to this doctor!

Definitely NOT! WISH i could give NO STAR!
He was over hour late for my Appointment than continually looking at his watch. Would NOT LISTEN OR ANSWER QUESTIONS!! He wrote in patient notes that he examined me and said he told things to me that were never said or done. He was in room maybe 7 minutes but put was in room for 40 mins. Misdiagnosed me and still claims to be right and refuses to change Drs note when I requested, since it has false information in it. Will NEVER GO BACK especially since lied in his notes.

Ridiculous
When you think of what you want in a doctor - kind, patient, caring… He is not one of those docs… not even close!

Never
I was a patient of Dr. Omarro for about 7 months, and 4 visits. On the 1st visit, his lack of bedside manner and rudeness left me in tears. On subsequent visits, I noticed his dictation reports stated he was examining me, when in fact he did not. I brought this up to 3 separate staff members, and no one cared. At my 4th visit, I reported worsening symptoms, and concerns with the prescribed medication (long term doxycycline, which my pharmacist was very concerned about). He blew me off and essentially said, “take it or don’t heal, your choice.” I questioned his diagnosis based on further research of my symptoms, but he wasn’t willing to discuss or listen to me at all. After my symptoms continued to worsen, I sought a 2nd opinion from a different clinic altogether. There, it was discovered that he had completely mis-diagnosed me, and caused additional physical illness due to keeping me on the doxycycline for so long. Be careful with this doctor. My issue wound up being an allergy

What a jerk! Mean to the hospital nurses. Disrespectful. Terrible bedside manner. Retire Grumpy old Dr. If you hate what you do......... then find something that makes you happy. No need to treat patients and staff poorly. Very bad reflection on Springfield Clinic

I have been Dr. O'Marro's patient since Sept. 2018, I was referred for chronic UTI's. I was hopeful he would be able to help me. He never once did a exam, never ordered tests except urine & cultures. My last visit upon my questions became defensive & was very disrespectful, asked what I expected him to do since no other doctor had helped. Told me I was 70 and used a reference to a cow getting out of fence in reference to my condition. And no help in resolving my problem. Terrible!

Dr O'Marro has been my doctor since 1992. If not for his expertise, I would not be here today. 5 stars on everything might seem like a quick review, but because of him and the rest of his staff, I've had 26 years to think about it. I have for those 26 years recommended him and his staff to all in need, and will continue to do so. He's a good man, and a great doctor!
