Good but not the best.
Dr. Nelson has an excellent bedside manner and he is very professional. He is a good PCP/family doctor but if you ask him about anything outside of a regular check up or treatment for simple things like an ear infection you absolutely need to ask to be referred to a specialist. He told my mom her staph infection was "cat scratch fever". He has made some other dangerous mistakes with my immediate family and I over the years because it was outside of his scope of practice.
