I made appointment with Dr Millen. Don’t expect to see him for most of visit. I ended up with a young, incompetent Physician Assistant. I had very small amount of ear wax to remove. Had larger amounts removed elsewhere, easy and painless. This was very difficult for her, painful and it lasted for weeks. Dr Millen came in much later to help but only about 5 to 10 minutes, mostly just teaching her. Don’t expect the typical nice looking Aurora office either, it's long overdue for major renovations.
