The staff messed up billing and tried to charge me 500 extra for services that were prepaid... then the staff gossiped to eachother in front of the patient about us and how we pi$$ed then off.. unacceptable... 4 hours after surgery I called pharmacy and prescription wasn't called in... this eas deliberate on behalf of the staff It's not my fault you can't bill properly and get mad when I tey not to get effed out of 500 bucks... never ever go to this dr.. they take their mistakes out on the clients and are very non professional.

My friend who is profoundly deaf did not understand the instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. So did not arrive 15 minutes early but at exact appointment time. Due to a car crash on 95. Callled to say “ maybe 5 - 10 minutes late” told if not here at exact time ——- reschedule. !!!! Drove 90 mph. Only to sit in waiting room for 25 minutes. Awful!!!! Maybe ask hearing impaired if they understand or write out instructions.

I had a tooth extracted today and the experience was so much easier than I expected. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The technician TJ was so kind and made me feel very comfortable during the extraction. It was so quick and Dr. Mantegari did a fantastic job. Very little pain! Dr Mantegari has a great bedside manner and he spent plenty of time with me before the procedure answering my questions. This was the first time I have had a tooth extracted and I was very anxious about the procedure. I normally don't post online, but want other patients, who may have similar concerns, to know about my positive experience. Highly recommend this practice.
