Dr. Steven Lofgran, MD

Dr. Lofgran has been our primary care physician (pcp) since 2018. He is friendly, caring, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Dr. Lofgran is one of the best doctors I have had over the years. I am a seventy-year-old 25-year lung cancer survivor with two recurrences. Dr. Lofgran is central in my team of doctors. He collaborates cooperatively with my oncologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists. He is an experienced and intelligent doctor who listens. Dr. Lofgran takes time to explain my health situation, which is sometimes complicated. He enthusiastically answers my many questions, and I trust his opinion. I especially appreciate that he often calls to report important test results because he knows I am anxiously waiting for news, good or bad. I am fortunate to have such a skilled and compassionate doctor on my team.

Dr. Lofgran enjoys his job and it is evident in the way he treats his patients. He is truly interested in helping people get well and stay well.I find him to be very honest about what he expects from me, but never in a judgemental way. Do I sometimes wait for a while to be seen? Yes. Do I care? Absolutely not, because when its my turn, I know he will spend the time needed to take care of my concerns. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Lofgran and recommended him to friends and are confident that they will not be disappointed.

I was so appreciative of the time he spent with me. It wasn’t rushed. He listened, validated my concerns and shared a lot of knowledge about what could be causing my current symptoms. It is clear that he loves what he does. He stays abreast of cutting edge information but not with arrogance, it is genuine love for the trade. I can’t say enough good about my experience with him.

Dr. Lofgran was my Doctor for years until I moved from Idaho to Florida. He is a great doctor and I wish I could find a doctor here in Florida with as much compassion and interest in patients as he has.

Honestly the worst medical care I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if the problem is Dr Lofgran or if he just has a completely incompetent office staff but look elsewhere.

Dr. Lofgran has been very good to me. I have an unusual medical history and he has researched to give me knowledgeable answers. He listens well and explains things to me in detail. He is friendly and I can talk to him without feeling rushed.

Very helpful, dedicated and knowledgable without being sappy or flowery. I don't understand why he's got any "1" ratings. I guess thats the risk he takes dealing with crabby old people. If you want a real doctor with a caring manner, is skilled and professional yet friendly and direct when giving you pertinent health info and difficult facts and not some one who panders to your ego , He's your guy! We love him!

I have always had good experiences with Dr. Lofgran. He is prompt, concerned and knowledgable.

Doesn't remember patients and the medical history well at all

He is a very compassionate doctor, really listens to your health problems and always allows time for his appointments. I never feel rushed.
