Dr. Loescher was the ER doc for my 92 yr old MIL. She came in because she had lost use of her right arm (cause unknown). For some reason, he thought she was lying and at one point yelled at her to move her arm, to use it. She is 92 and mid stage dementia. Door to the room was closed so only my wife, daughter and MIL heard this. This is the actions of a jr high bully, not a medical professional. No way I would recommend him for anything.

I had a severe Upper GI bleeding with low hemoglobin level, but he discharged me with dehydration diagnosis!!! I emphasized that I had a dark stool the same day, but he did not pay enough attention to the symptoms. I had to return back to ER and got hospitalized. Please make sure you know your problem because he may not!

My son went in on 1-18-17 with a major headache. Though Loescher was told that his mom and grandmother passed due to blood clots he said its only a headache. His wife insisted on a CT and it was granted. Before results were available Loescher wanted to discharge him. Son's wife insisted on waiting for the results. He had a major blood clot in his brain. Sent to ICU. Too risky for surgery. Stay away from Loescher and Plano Med. Center ER. The care he received in ICU was awesome.

He doesn't deserve even one star. I wen't to plano, and I use the term loosely (hospital) for a stroke. Someone told me I would get lab work and a CT scan.Neither happened. I never saw another caregiver but got a bill for $715. Sent for the chart Dr Loeschne signed off that i got assessd but I guess he couldn't remember what I came in for,so lots of assassment details but no mention of stroke and details wrong. I subsequently had 3 mri's ,right embolic clot that then bled leaving me at risk

Worst experience in the ER ever. My father was brought to the ER by ambulance after losing feeling from the chest down. Dr. Loescher refused to order a MRI and tried to send us home. When my father asked what he was supposed to do Dr. Loescher replied buy a wheelchair. Fortunately, my father happens to be a surgeon and insisted on being admitted for a full neuro work up by someone else. Turns out his spinal cord had swollen 6.5MM and he had emergency surgery that lasted 13hours.
