Dr. Leyland did aortic valve repair on me in 1996. He did a great job. The valve has been fine up until a few months ago. They told me it should last for 5 to 10 years and it has lasted 24 years. I would like for him to consider me for heart surgery again.

I had heart bypass (4) surgery in December, 2018, and am doing extremely well. The surgery went smoothly as did my recovery. I would give Dr. Leyland the highest possible rating in every category, including post-surgery advice about how to take care of your heart.

I had a repair of a descending thoracic aortic aneurysm skillfully performed by Dr. Leyland on 10/14/2003. I am hear to tell you, nearly 15 years later, I am FINE. He is an amazing extension of God’s hands. My children are all grown now, I have two beautiful grandchildren and I’m traveling and working full time all thanks to Dr. Leyland. I may not be here if not for him.
