Bedside manner
Fron the beginning there was an echo within the app with a 1 second delay. Not a great first impression trying to answer their questionnaire. Once that was sorted he didn’t listen to my concerns. Dismissive attitude towards my concerns and reason for visit. If you’re trying to retain patients - Maybe don’t read off a script and be a little more personable

Son in crisis.
My son has been in a crisis for several days. Lots of panic attacks and mania. He is 19. It has been a very stressful time for him, and me. We struggled to get him an appointment and was able to get this appointment with Dr. Lesk very last minute and we were in my car. My son is in a very fragile state and Dr. Lesk was VERY rude and VERY condescending. Also, it was very ridiculous that he was making a big deal of us being in my car in a parking lot. Does he not know what a crisis can look like? He also told me to not be there. Like, excuse me? My son wants me here and NEEDS me here. We just decided to hang up on him. At that point my son was already irritated and starting to panic. Dr. Lesk lost his opportunity to help a kid that really needed it.

This doctor is a disgrace!! He doesn’t care about the people he sees or about their need for medications. He saw my husband and treated him horribly. Condescending. Rude. No bedside manners. Save yourself the time, frustration, and energy. He shouldn’t be practicing!!!!

This doctor is horrible my daughter was admitted for having suicidal thoughts she went in voluntarily and this doctor has show no compassion he doesn’t care about her situation he refuses to let her go he has taken her off of all of her medications I’ll because we did not want to do shock treatments this is a very bad person and should not be in this business

This man was very rude and showed no compassion to my husband who was in the mental health unit at Unity Hospital following a suicide attempt. He laughed at my husband who showed concern over losing his job and stated "We don't really care about that." And also told my husband to stop crying. This man is burnt out and needs to find a different career away from people.
