Dr. Steven Lenhard, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Lenhard for many, many years, all the way back to his days at Piedmont. I trust him explicitly, as he is very knowledgeable and will get you better. I, in all likelihood, will continue with Dr. Lenhard until he either retires or I retire from this Earth. Both of these I hope will not happen for many, many years. I have brought my entire family to see him and refer him to all my friends. His office staff and Nurse Practitioners are awesome as well.

Made repeated jabs about me being a 25 year old who goes to the doctor with his mom. I'm not really sure what to say, kind of unprofessional. I just wanted to get lunch with my mom after the doctor appointment. Guy seems like he needs to take another vacation with his family to calm him down because that's clearly the only reason he is in this profession.

Dr Lenhard does an amazing job at making you feel like you are a patient and not a dollar sign. He is prompt and thorough communicating through the patient portal and is all around a great guy.

never examined me after four visits, mistakes in the chart, didn't want to address all my needs, said that was for the specialists.

I needed a new local Doctor my previous Doctor is retiring. A friend reommended Dr. Lenhard. After my first visit I decided he would be my new Doctor. He and his staff work to make sure you are taken care of and explain the care that is provided to you as a patient. He discusses any concerns you might have and makes sure you understand the reasons for any lab work or treatments that are being offered. Give this team a try and you will see for yourself as I have.

Mar 2021 - I've only seen Dr Lenhard twice. Both times he added erroneous medical issues to my file and I fought to have them removed, but he will not remove them. This happened not just 1 time, but 3 times, and the health issues were not minor things! On the 2nd visit he was curt with me. After a few minutes of review, he just walked out of the room, never to return to do a physical exam. This 2nd visit was a followup and requested by the dr. Why, I do not know. He never told me what the followup was for, I just went trusting him. His front office staff is superb! Very nice. But I did not care for his bedside manner at all. Do not recommend this dr. I have never before given a bad review of a dr. See him if you like, but there are way better drs out there.

As always Dr. Lenhard and his staff are fantastic. We love this new location.

I have know Dr Lenhard for 15 yrs and he is very thorough and personal. He keeps you inline to make sure you are always up to date with your health plan. I would refer him to anyone. Super Doctor

I have been a patient of Dr. Lenhard for over 10 years. He is always very patient and spends quality time to address medical issues/concerns. He answers questions completely and goes over lab results and future treatment plans in detail; he is patient and does not rush through appointments. He responds to messages promptly on My Chart (or his medical staff will follow up as he directs). Phone messages are also responded to promptly. I highly recommend Dr, Lenhard.

I have been with Dr. Lenhard for several years. He has always been very straight forward and makes sure you understand completely what is going on and why he recommend the action to be taken. He never rushes through your appointment and always professional.

Dr. Lenhard has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. As my insurance carriers changed I tried other doctors covered under the various plans. I always came back to Lenhard and his team.. Whether seen by a nurse practitioner or the busy doctor himself, I always feel that I am listened to. We haven't always seen eye to eye on the best treatment, but I expect that from my doctor. My knowledge base is the internet. His is hands on. Wait times vary, but are worth it.

Does not listen to his patients AT ALL. He is only interested in "treating" the patient doing the least possible to address the issue, so the patient keeps coming back. I had a reaction to a medication he prescribed, and he ignored it stating medical trials only showed adverse reactions in less than 2% so my adverse reactions where something else (??). They cold call to schedule appointments whenever they have empty slots. I believe he is incompetent, and could swear he uses eyeliner makeup.

Dr. Lenhard is great his office staff rude unfriendly not willing to assist with phone inquiries can be argumentative and not helpful need better customer service skills.

Had a annual physical done then they refused to code it as a physical. So I had to pay five hundred dollars for a office visit as they called it. That's what you won't in a Doctor a con artist. Last dollar they will get out of me.

Love this doctor. Very nice guy that actually listens and doesn't try to get you out the door in 5 minutes. I'm a year into his care and couldn't be happier.
