Amazing Doctor!!
Dr. Kulik made me feel at ease on the very first visit. I broke my ankle and he made me aware of what to expect every step of the way. He was kind in his actions and the consideration he took. I also met someone who used to work with him and they had glowing reviews as well. They talked about how he would sit after hours and look at his patients chart to figure out the best treatment options. He is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and kind mannered.

Highly Recommend
I am so pleased with all my care from Dr. Kulik. I have been his patient for 10 years and he has done 3 different surgeries on my feet. I am an ICU nurse on my feet every shift and thanks to him I am walking pain free. He is my go to orthopedic and I have referred so many people to him. Absolutely recommend.

My husband fell on ice January 2020.He went to GBMC as an emergency. Dr Kulik explained to us that there was a severe break on the ankle. Surgery was performed on Saturday. Dr Kulick is very kind and personable. He explained everything to us while showing the X-ray. We realized from the beginning it would be a long recovery and trusted Dr Kulick advice. I would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone needing foot surgery

Please stay away from this Dr. He has done 3 surgeries on me then had to redo all of them again. I am now getting another surgeon to try to fix it. Three Plus years of pain. All he could tell me was that he is not God..... He is just a man!

Dr. Kulik takes the time to thoroughly listen and explain everything. I came to him for a second opinion and never left. I felt nothing but care and concern from him and his entire support staff. This entire office is first class.

I got several opinions for my severe bunion and claw toe . The staff listened to my account of my inability to walk or wear shoes without severe pain. They got me in to see Dr Kulik right away. He was very kind and unassuming. He showed me the xrays he took and explained everything that needed to be done. He offered me choices of which procedure i wanted and questioned me about my life so he would know what care i would need after surgery. He made arranngements for me to get everything I needed.

I was having ankle/foot problems caused from "rolling" my ankles while playing basketball. Dr. Kulik did a thorough evaluation my problem including any possible structural damage. He prescribed ankle braces which provide excellent support while allowing adequate mobility to continue playing. Dr. Kulik is also an excellent communicator - he reviewed the X rays with me so that I had a clear understanding of his diagnosis. Thanks Dr. Kulik for helping me to get back on the court!!!

Dr Kulik is an astounding physician in every sense of the word, as you can tell from my ratings. I have 8 different doctors but Dr. Kulik is the only one that is exactly on time for the appointments their office has scheduled for me. I mean right to the minute. All the rest of my doctors, while they are fine physicians, I have to wait 20 minutes to an hour to see them. Yeah Dr. Kulik! He provided excellent treatment, and took time speaking to myself and my family. A great man and doctor!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Kulik. I was very impressed with his manner and his care. He thoroughly explained my procedure and answered all of my questions. He listened to my questions! After my accessory navicular surgery, he was only a phone call away if I had any questions. Also a great and friendly staff!

I am not sure I could have found a better orthopaedic surgeon, for a bunionectomy, than Dr. Kulik. He was personable, provided me with the time I needed to explain each step of the surgical process (diagnosis, treatment, healing) without every making me feel rushed. This is something I had yet to find in other surgeons I consulted. But beyond his professional demeanor, my surgery and recovery far exceeded my expectations. My friends and family who had the same procedure took longer to recover.

Dr.Kulik recently performed a bunionectomy and 1st metatarsal osteotomy on both my left and right feet. Prior to the surgeries, I experienced severe bunion pain for most of my adult life. Dr.Kulik was very informative about the surgeries, extremely meticulous in his work, and I could not be happier with the results. I am now pain-free and back to running! I highly recommended Dr.Kulik.

I had an ankle orthoscopy and debriement as well as ganglion cyst removal performed by Dr.Kulik. I have had the best results and recovery i could ask for. He is very attentive and informative. I had a clear understanding of what was to come. Hopefully i never need another surgery but if i do i would most certainly have it done by Dr.Kulik. Not only is he wonderful his supporting staff at both locations are AMAZING!! If youre looking for an orthopedic surgeon, your search is over!

Dr. Kulik repaired my broken ankle three years ago and this past year replaced an ankle tendon that was no longer able to function. He and his staff are fantastic. My two recoveries and outcomes have been 100% better than friends who have had similar surgeries elsewhere. Dr. Kulik is caring, down to earth, articulate, and a perfectionist when it comes to surgery. If you want a great surgeon, choose Kulik.
