Dr. Houser was great. He has the best bedside manner of all the doctors I’ve encountered. He listened to my concerns and address them with easy to understand non medical term. I have been dealing with chronic congestion for a while prior to speaking with Dr. Houser. I ended up having septoplasty with bilateral turbinate reduction done with Dr. Houser in June 2021. My recovery was super fast and easy. The result is life saving/changing for me. It has been about a month post op and even though I still have some more healing to go but I can say that I have my life back.

I had septoplasty, turbinate reduction, ethmoidectomy surgery for chronic sinusitis 6/2018. It was high-risk due to previous eye injury, but I was confident & comfortable in Dr. Houser's abilities. He's extremely knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated in what he does. He takes time to listen to concerns, answer questions. I feel he genuinely cares about my health, well-being. It's been 12 days since surgery- I'm a bit swollen, but feel great! I'm so thankful he is my ENT & I highly recommend him!

I think Dr. Houser is competent, but I was rushed through my visit, and he had nothing to offer for the problem I came in for. He also didn't let me know that a procedure he did in the office would incur significant charges. I would never go back to him, because Metro charges hospital fees in addition to doctor's fees, so I paid a lot of a fruitless visit. Also, it's impossible to call the Dr.'s office; you have to call a generic Metro answering service if you have a question.
