He was great, he was so nice to myself and my kid and helped me get the best treatment for my son. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. It was a great experience.

Our son sustained his first broken bone this year. We were recommend to DrHollenbeck as being the best Pediatric Orthopedic surgeon in our area. We couldn't have been more pleased with the care and attention our son received from start to finish. If we could give Dr. Hollenbeck and his team more than 5 stars, we would!

My daughter had been walking on her tippy toes for a few years and it keep getting increasingly worse. She was just about up on her toes consistently. He did an Achilles tendon release on both legs. She was in double casts after surgery for 6.5 weeks. We just had our cats removed yesterday. Now she will start out with therapy and will be wearing braces for the first 4 months. We will reevaluate at that point to see how she's doing. I only saw Dr once. He seemed to know what he was taking about. She didn't have any complications. It was a rough 6 weeks in casts for a 6 year old but she pushed through it. So far she's healing wonderfully.

Check in was long but other than that everything went smoothly.

Although it took a while to get back into a room, it was great overall. Both the nurse and doctor were very informative and ready to answer any questions we had. I wish I would have asked for some paperwork details to take home, but that's on me. We are looking forward to begin this journey to feeling better!

Dr. Hollenbeck is one of our favorites!! He has seen my son for a few years. From a broken ankle to Scoliosis. He’s extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The nurses were so great with my kiddo, making jokes with him through the appointment. Wait time was minimal. The whole appointment including X-rays and casting was only about an hour. Dr. Hollenbeck came in to meet us and assess after my son got his cast on. It was all around a great experience!

Dr. Hollenbeck listened to my daughters concerns. He was kind and compassionate. He is knowledgeable and explains things in a way that we understood.

He always is smiling !! He always takes exceptional care of my son!! He works hard and very informative and he don’t mind if I ask questions !!! Awesome dr

We happened to have two kids with broken arms at the same time. The office staff was more than accommodating, scheduled both kids' appointments together. We spent very little time waiting and always saw the doctor right away. Doctor and nurses truly cared and had great bedside manner with our kids.

Dr. Hollenbeck is so good with kids. He puts them in the driver seat of their care & then looks to the parents for more feedback. We greatly appreciate this approach & everything about him!

He is always so attentive to our needs and what we have to say and then makes us feel at ease with the treatment plan that he feels best for our son.

Dr hollenbeck is always professional and kind. He takes the time for you to understand what is going on with your child’s health. Many drs are unable to speak with you well and you gain understanding of what they are doing and why. Many just do! Dr Hollenbeck is the best ortho doctor I know.

They got us back quick, did xrays fast, and was just a great visit. Very wonderful Dr. I would highly recommend him.

Extremely kind staff, that provide prompt and informative service. Even when I forgot to grab a doctors note for Aiden’s return to school, they faxed one over with just one quick phone call.

Dr. Hollenbeck took a look at the x-rays and showed us how he was going to treat the break in a personable and factual manner. We appreciate the time he took to explain the injury and how my son should be healed and ready to go in 5-6 weeks.

Support staff at front desk, MA/CNA’s and radiologist were all really sweet and pleasant. Wait was fairly long, but that’s not a problem for me if I’m seeing someone exceptional. PA spent 3 times the time with us than Dr. Hollenbeck (who was great, and “gets” this situation—because I am also a former direct healthcare provider, and have worked and a billing and insurance liaison after that—I appreciate a doctor who isn’t intimidated by someone with a brain in their head). The PA, however, was a bit argumentative and not fully listening to the medical history. I’m a parent advocating for a child, so that didn’t set well with me. She made more diagnostic jumps, and treatment/non-treatment comments (without a diagnosis!) than the doctor. Not impressed. Not the worst ever, but listen to people and stay in the bounds of your job. I didn’t wait 4 months to see her, but Dr. Hollenbeck. The staff member or nurse who does prior auth/certifications was rude. She better not mess it up.

Dr Hollenbeck is absolutely amazing. He sees past the diagnosis and is helpful in finding the best treatment for our child. He has always greeted my kid when he walks into the room. And tells her goodbye he he leaves. I am so impressed.
