Great Smart Doctor
Coffey Family here, He is very very knowledgeable about hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. He is patient and understanding and explains things well. My wife and I really like him as a PCP in Oak Lawn

Took my father to see him for the first time and every time my father or I tried to ask him a question, he kept cutting us off. He was very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, we will not be going back to him!

Didn't seem to care or really want to listen to what I had to say. Also, was about to walk out on me when he wanted to. I never felt so disrespected by a doctor before.

Horrible!!! Please search for another doctor, I AM WARNING ?? YOU. First time ever seeing this doctor, I had a few lingering Covid SYMPTOMS after I recovered so I decided to visit a new doctor since my old primary doctor moved. On 3/12/2021 I visited the oaklawn office on 52nd avenue. He walks in the room “what’s wrong with you, why are you here” no introduction or anything. He kept saying the system were down, I didn’t care about the computer system being down I just wanted him to listen to my concerns. He blew me off, he was slouching in the chair I never seen a lazy physician. Stay away from him. Don’t waste your money horrible doctor

He was a great physician. However since Covid he’s become very dismissive. Not only to myself but my wife as well. We’ve since seen physicians who took our symptoms seriously and not blame it as a Covid side effect and given us an answer after a few diagnostic test.

Dr. Hattori has been our family physician for years. He is really patient and a good listener, his appointments run on time and he is really good about calling with test results . His office is really outdated and could definitely use an update! He shares an office building with a couple other Drs and when he is not available you see his partners. Dr. Robinson is excellent, if you get Dr. Bruno run. however his staff Jackie ( she is only there sometimes) Luisa, Sandy and Sue are so excellent !
