Dr. Steven Hahn, MD

I have been seen by Dr. Hahn for many years and in all that time I have been treated very well. Dr. Hahn is a gentleman. He is very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and takes all the time that I need to answer my questions. His staff is likewise kind and efficient. The surgical center, with which Dr. Hahn is affiliated, is a marvel of efficiency. The staff there is very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable--really a pleasure to go to. I have been a patient of Dr Hahn. My last 2 appointments I was very disappointed. His quality of care has gone down. It's very upsetting after being a patient for so long that I won't be back.

First visit Dr. Hahn was very thorough and spent one hour with me . Very professional caring compassionate . Highly recommend

After canceling my appointment the night before after waiting a month ,Because I was a patient 5years ago with a different doctor, I called to speak to the office.I was extremely upset because the doctor from 5 years ago doesn’t see patients unless they are chronically ill.I did not think before I spoke and was rude ,I apologized several times and explained that I just found out a very close family Member has cancer and I definitely overreacted. I kept apologizing And the office staff would not accept my apology and told me that she could have helped me BUT not after the way I spoke . I again asked her to please accept my apology But she said that her office manager decided I would not be a good patient.No compassion no matter how many times I sincerely apologized and tried to explain

Dr. Hahn is such a knowledgeable and caring doctor. My primary doctor recommended him but I always check the reviews on here first and the reviews weren’t wrong. He sits down with you and goes over any concerns and actually cares about his patients. His staff is great too! When I had my procedure he was always there explaining everything and totally put my mind at ease. He even called me on the weekend to let me know my results letting me know everything went fine. What doctor does that? He is a special person.

Dr. Hahn was very caring. He spent time explaining everything to my daughter, & she too felt his calm & professional manner. We would definitely recommend him. He is a Doctor who wants to help his patients & it real. we would have given him 10 stars if able!

Yesterday afternoon, I visited Dr. Hahn's office unannounced. He's been my GI doctor and my wife's for several decades. Although when I first walked into the officeI had some doubts about whether he could see me, he totally dispelled those doubts after a waiting time of about 20 minutes only. To say that he'a compassionate physician is the understatement of the century. I strongly recommend his for anyone looking such high quality medical care.

After waiting 2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Hahn, he scheduled CT scans, MRI, endoscopy, and colonoscopy another month into the future. His office staff is difficult to deal with to say the least. He assured me my pain was not due to any abdominal cause. Then I went to my family doctor who sent me for a HIDA scan. That showed my problem was gallbladder related....and my symptoms were classic gallbladder. So the "specialist" Dr. Hahn was not able to diagnose this problem and I suffered the pain for so many months longer than was necessary. I would NOT recommend this doctor or his office.

Dr. Hahn takes his time and listens to what you have to say. He did a colonoscopy on me and all went well. I think he is a great doctor. The only problem I have is with his office staff. They don't answer the phone and take days to call you back. I figured out if you press 0 you get a human on the phone.

I am a longtime patient of Dr. Hahn. I love him. He is gentle, an excellent listener, and has done several colonoscopies and endoscopies on me. Never an issue afterwards. He fights with my insurance company to get me name brand meds! Unfortunately , Tracy is the only person on the office that I care to speak with. The others are not only rude, nobody answers the phones, they make mistakes and then blame me. They lack customer service skills. Several times, I have contemplated switching to another doctor and office, however Dr. Hahn is amazing! Such a shame that the office staff on a gastroenterologist’s office is so awful to deal with. They create more stress for us patients who are already dealing with ailments resulting from stress.

Have been to Dr. Hahn on several occasions and each time it very predictable in a good way. From the receptionists, to the staff, to Dr. Hahn, himself, everyone provides excellent and courteous service. Dr. Hahn takes his time with you and does inquire about what brought you to him in the first place. Its refreshing, especially in our "rush 'em in, rush 'em out" world we live in. I would highly recommend Dr. Hahn to anyone in need of a great doctor AND staff.

As is always the case, Dr Hahn was very thorough with his explanations & readily answered all questions I had.

He did Two colonoscopies on me I couldn’t be more please with him and his office everything went smooth thanks Dr,Hahn!

Date of appointment 6-7-2019. My wife and I had been patients of Dr. Hahn for several years. Both of us have had multiple colonoscopies performed by him. Our last visit to his was most disappointing. We were informed by the receptionist and by the office manager that unless we put a credit card on file with the office we would not be able to see the doctor. I have medicare and AARP my wife has BCBS. Both of us have met our yearly deductibles and have no outstanding balances with the office. Knowing credit card fraud is on the upswing and not knowing where the information would be held we declined to put a card on file. When I asked the office manager to speak with Dr. Hahn I and my wife were told that he said this was the polichy with the office. I asked that the I speak directly face to face with the doctor and the manager said he would not. I see this physician in my community of Plantation Florida and have exchanged niceties on several occasions. This response was very upsetting.

Excellent doctor. Has done numerous endoscopies and colonoscopies on me. All worked well and were accomplished timely. I highly recommend Dr Hahn.

Dr. Hahn has been my Gastroenterologist for the last 15 years. I always appreciated him, and his care of my digestive issues and GERD. I truly recognized how great he was when I was struck by a case of Diverticulitis, and he was the first familiar face I saw the first morning in the hospital. This was my first bout, my first hospitalization, and my first serious health scare. He explained everything until I understood, and ultimately coordinated with my surgeon and my recovery. He's the best!

Dr. Hahn is wonderful - he is a very good listener, but some of his staff members can be condescending and arrogant. The person scheduling procedures is very hard to get in touch with. The office manager will not get on the phone - she has others screen her calls. And the front desk must be very overworked. I say that because when I arrived for my first appointment I signed in and then was never called up to the desk. 45 minutes later my cell phone rang and it was the front desk calling to see w

I am disappointed with Dr. Hahn and his office...they are only interested in only the business of colonoscopies Their advertising says, they will help you with all of your intestinal problems, but this is not true. This doctor had a closed mind, and was not interested in getting to the bottom of my problem. Office is very disorganized. It takes a long time to make an appointment. They messed up my insurance billing, and my CT scan was delayed weeks as a result. Find another doctor.
