Dr. Cox was well worth the wait! He is kind and caring as is his office staff!!

Dr. Cox was absolutely wonderful and helped so much with my healing journey. He is so patient and understanding and really listens to all your issues without dismissing you or making you feel less than. He explains all procedures and options while he goes through them and makes sure you’re completely comfortable the whole time. I can’t recommend him enough.

Doctor and staff were all kind and respectful. All my questions were answered and I found all the help I could have asked for in a short time.

While I love Dr. Cox, his staff is rather unhelpful and rather flippant about it. The attitude is “that’s how it is” and not much of a consideration of the circumstance. Rather than try to ask questions and work with me, my child’s ear tube appt was immediately cancelled and moved 3 months forward due to an ear infection they had gotten waiting to get the procedure done. When I asked the scheduler “there’s really nothing we can do for my 3.5 year old? He’s been going through this since September”, Nick simply said “no”. I was so frustrated as my sick child lay next to me in pain, I had to have his mother call back to schedule only to have them tell her I was rude.Man. Do better.
