Dr. Steven Condron, MD

Nurse rarely returns phone calls. Have to call for follow-ups, procedure results, meds & to schedule procedures which they say they are going to contact you about. A lot of confusion about what is going on. It’s gotten really bad the last year.

I had to wait 10 days to get a call back from the nurse even then she really didn't know what she was talking about. I asked to talk to the doctor and she told me he won't call me. They gave me some meds for internal inflammation.(Dr. was unable to complete scope because of inflammation) I had a side effect of extremity edema. called and they told me it was a rare side effect, and I should eat less salt and keep on meds. I told them the side effect went away when I stopped the med. They said they would start me on a different one...that was 7 days ago and no word from them. I had to call to find out results of my biopsy which the nurse, again, wasnt sure. No way will I return. Now I'm stuck with a $1,700 bill and zero follow up

Dr. Condron is great however staff needs improvement. His nurse to be specific. She doesnt return phone calls. I have to call everyday for 2 to 3 days just to get her to call me back
