Dr. Steven Charles, MD

Had appointment at 9:00 am left at 2:00 pm never saw the doctor, is he GOD, open the front door to a over filled patient room, where I had to wait in my car, in the other buildings parking lot, made two round of there procedures, the last round was to see the doctor, never made it, also one of my employees went to him with blood vessels busted in his eye , this same doctor said there was nothing wrong and talked to him in an argent and rude manner, and he is the best around, he needs to stick to his Medicare patients.

I have nothing but praise for all my experiences and the work Charles Retina Institute has done for me...from Dr. Charles and associates to technicians and all other employees

Some complain about the wait but maybe the motto should be Well Worth The WAIT! Remember, CRI is dealing with the most delicate and difficult part of the eye (retina) so it's natural that the appointments take time. Plus, he is thorough in testing and takes each individual's case very seriously. Dr Charles is probably the best retina surgeon in the US (if not the world)! He is straightforward, brilliant, innovative and always a perfectionist! There will never be another Dr Steve Charles!

Arrogant jerk. Don't waste your time because you'll wait there all day to be blown off. Awful.

I have been seeing Dr. Charles since February 2014. I had a torn retina and he did surgery that day. I have had two torn retinas in my right eye and 5 torn retinas in the left eye. He has been great treating me. Every time something happens to my eyes he always gets me in and takes care of my problem. The staff at the office have always been extremely nice to me. The staff at Hamilton Eye Institute have been great and always treat me with professional care. I would put them up against anyone.
