Lack of Care
I've seen Dr. Castro twice for back pain and both times he was dismissive of my symptoms. He seems rushed and looking to get on with his day.

He is condescending and treats you like a worthless customer. He met his match when he tried to challenge me today! Absolutely horrible physician that should have his license revoked...

Not a fan of this physician. He has no attention to detail and completely hosed up my sons EFMP paperwork. Put the wrong dx and wrong ICD code down for a medical issue that can be life threatening. Doubtful an accurate record review was done. Had to go back multiple times to get it corrected.
