Dr. Steven Bryan, DMD

I was referred to Dr. Bryan from my local dentist for a tooth extraction for my father since he is elderly. I was really disappointed when I called this morning to get him in and was told that they do not take "emergency" appointments for extractions and did not have an appointment until September as the schedule was full of kids needing wisdom teeth out for braces. (I didn't ask for an "emergency" appointment, just one earlier than September since the tooth was causing him pain.) No offering of a cancellation list, no nothing. I made sure to call my dentist back to tell him not to refer to him anymore since they stay so booked with no time for pain-related extractions, during the summer at least.

We’ve used Dr. Bryan twice. He is calm, confident and knowledgeable. Both procedures went we’ll.

My son got his wisdom teeth taken out a month ago and they told me at that time that we needed to pay up front because Guardian was slow to pay them back. We did that even though we were told by Guardian that was not the case. I gave them all the correct insurance information over the phone and in person when I went for the consultation. They have since filed the paperwork with the wrong information three times so we never got reimbursed back for the surgery.
