I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Steven Brown! From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and cared for by both him and his staff. Dr. Brown is the epitome of professionalism and compassion. He takes the time to listen to all concerns and explains everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit.At my very first visit his expertise was evident, and his calm, reassuring demeanor turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. I always feel like I’m in the best hands with Dr. Brown, and his attention to detail and genuine concern for his patients is unparalleled.If you’re looking for a doctor who combines skill, empathy, and excellent bedside manner, look no further. I would first like to acknowledge ALL the staff from the front desk , nurses and of course Dr Brown.I was diagnosed with a ovarian cyst through a ultrasound at another GYN office. It was large and the decision was to do surgery. After 6 days, I had to go to the ER cause the pain had increased, to find out so did my cyst. It grew 1.5 cm more in that time period. The other drs office said they couldn't get me scheduled for surgery till February ! I found that so very concerning. And neglected. to have to wait that time period considering that I was in pain, and it was growing. Then, I had found Dr Browns office. Boy oh boy, from the time I called to schedule the appointment , to post op, I was cared for, my health mattered to ALL of the office. Dr Brown had done my surgery in 5 days !I can't express enough my gratitude and confidence to everyone at the office knowing my health matters and I'm cared for.

Dr. Brown was very informative, had excellent bedside manner, he was friendly, personable and we made decisions on my healthcare together. Plus the office was clean, waiting room and atmosphere was inviting and every-single- staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would gladly return there and will refer others to go there. As a healthcare provider myself and have rubbed shoulders with many doctors—-my first impression with him was everything positive the many reviews on several sites say about him.

I have known Dr Brown for over 15 years and respect his level of expertise and knowledge. Great bedside manner too. Patient, kind and a sense of humor too.

Dr Brown was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was very nervous arriving to my appointment to discuss options for my diagnosis. He answered all of my questions and by the time thoroughly. By the time I left my appointment I felt reassured that I had nothing to worry about. His staff is amazing !!!!! Highly recommend this office

Dr Brown takes his time to listen and explain. The only complaint I would have is the communication of abnormal results. The office is supposed to call with abnormal results but I had received a call with mine. This happened several times. When I called to inquire about the results, they were very quick to respond.

I had a problem that developed, yet, I didn’t have a gynecologist. Checked reviews. I liked Dr. Brown’s office, as he has two Nurse Practitioners working with him. It did take time to get an appt., and I did have to wait beyond my appt. time, as it was a late afternoon appt. It was worth every minute I waited! The Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Libretti, spent 45 minutes with me. My appt. was scheduled for 15 min. Then she asked if Dr. Brown could examine me (without an appt, no less). He spent another 20 minutes with me explaining everything in detail, and describing it so I had a clear picture of my situation. I chose to have surgery. My health is restored and a much improved quality of life. My situation happened slowly over time, and I thought I had to live with it. Not so! When I had my follow-up appt, I knew I might have a wait. I took a book to read and enjoyed their pleasant waiting room. The entire staff is friendly, upbeat and professional, as is the office atmosphere.

I just had my yearly exam with Dr. Brown and I was very happy with his professionalism and he is very friendly and informative. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly too. I also had a procedure done last year in the office and I was very satisfied then too. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown and his staff.

Dr. BROWN and his "crew" are absolutely amazing people and caregivers. Dr. Brown himself saved my life detecting a underlying autoimmune condition and sending recommendations to my stubborn PCP to do the proper testing after I wasn't healing like I should from a simple surgery. It had set off a Lupus flare, but I didn't know what it was yet. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Brown and his crew. I know he doesn't need my help in the patient department, but, I tell everyone I know about what he did for me. Thank you for all you guys do. You go above and beyond.

I could not believe that this man was a doctor. He looked unkempt, unprofessional, did not even do an examination, which I felt was required in my case. He said he would have a certain specialist's office call me for an appointment to discuss my problem, and I never did hear from that office. It was a complete waste of time for me. I would not see him again.

I had my yearly exam by Michele the Nurse Practitioner. She was very informative and listened attentively. She was not rushed and gave me a thorough exam. Dr. Brown performed my hysterectomy two years ago and i was very happy with the care i received.

First impressions are everything, and Dr. Brown and his staff didn't disappoint! His office is clean, his staff is very friendly. My appointment time was met, I wasn't left waiting for hours. The nurse was very sweet and caring. Dr. Brown took time to discuss any questions and concerns, he did not make me feel rushed. He was gentle, and easy to feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Dr. Brown.

The office is very clean, organized and efficiently run. The staff was so acccommodating and helpful and worked with me to solve a problem. I'm impressed and would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Paula and Christie.

He has been my Doctor and Surgeon in the past 8 years,; he's very Professional, detail in his findings, compasionate, and I'm truly Thankful for his care... His office staff????? But as for him..he's Great!!! No Matter how off our day may be, we need to remember,we ought to know our body, Listen to our body,it's the only One we have..and remember, he's there to help you.. y

Very happy with Dr. and Staff. I Just recently had a very difficult procedure and they took excellent care of me and pampered with chocolate after! lol NO complaints here!
