I have been going to Dr. Watkins for well over ten years. He is an excellent dentist. I have always found him to be thorough and willing to go the extra mile. The reviewer who commented that they received a missed appointment charge made me laugh. The person seemed to think it was done for revenge- how ludicrous! In my opinion, that individual should just be glad that they didn’t receive a cumulative bill for ALL of their missed appointments! I’m sure if the shoe were on the other foot, they would not appreciate missed appointments with no prior notification. Anyone with any sense of personal accountability understands that a professional deserves to be compensated for their time.

been going to this office for over 20 years and in that amount of time have missed appointments and NEVER been charged a missed appointment fee. Now that they are no longer in the network for my insurance carrier and I missed my latest appointment; they sent me a $35 missed appointment bill. I called them several months ago to alert them to the change in insurance and also told them I would not be in anymore if they did not elect to join the network. i feel they only charged me because of this
