I have been a patient of Dr. Spitzer’s for many years. I like the doctor, but I don’t like the fact that I have to wait so long to see him. I’m not the only one with this complaint. However, the optician Stacey, is very good. She’s always been willing to help me with my glasses-she is friendly and seems to enjoy helping select frames and styles that will look good.

I think he’s a good doctor knows his stuff but be prepared to wait an hour and a half to see him every time. Also if you need to call the office your call will be answered by an answering service and has taken up to 48 hours for a response if you get one at all. Also not at all pleasant or concerned about how much pain you are in. One more thing, he’ll keep making appointments as long as you’re willing to keep coming back. Gotta make those dollars.

My appointment was rescheduled three times. The office manager personally scheduled incorrect each time. I waited for over two hours to see the Dr. As I sit in the office, other patients say they are all scheduled at the exact same time as I. Four patients every fifteen minutes. Dr Spitzer cannot actually have time to care for that many patients at once. The office sent incorrect medication multiple times to the pharmacy. They never have the same staff. This place is falling apart, ever since they moved to the new site. Poor management equals poor patient care.
