Made me cry
What an unprofessional rude doctor. I came to the ER for an ovarian cyst, which they found on my scan. He then came in and started berating me about it, telling me he wasn't gong to prescribe me any pain medicine to take at home, and that it shouldn't be causing me pain. . He also stated it probably wasn't even the ovarian cyst causing the pain, it was probably my bowel and to go home. This man is cold, abrasive and rude. I will never return to this hospital, or any he works at.

Awful experience
Went to hospital because my throat and neck were swollen from covid making it very hard to breathe and swallow and instead of getting any help, I was yelled at for coming to the hospital even though I had already talked with my family doctor. I was scared because I wasn’t able to breathe and he was just mad because I didn’t have the Covid vaccine. And he pretty much said this is what you get. Since I’m not vaccinated he wouldn’t discuss any treatment?! And this was such a shame because the 2 nurses I saw were some of the nicest people and even one of the nurses told me they weren’t vaccinated either.

Headaches
Dr.Reineck was so comforting and knowledgeable when it came to my daughter's headaches that she had had for over a week. He listened to her and myself and our concerns. Made our worries at ease with medical experience gave her a CatScan to make sure there was not anything more going on then just a tension headache.

Dr Reineck saw my wife at the ER for a foot infection. He seemed nice and treated her well. I wish I could say the same. He asked if we were vaccinated (why???) and my wife said that she was and that I wasn't. He proceeded to ridicule me for not being vaccinated. When I explained that I had religious reasons he asked what church I belonged to (inapropriate!!!) and ridiculed me for following my church's teachings. He went on to flatly state that ANYONE who is NOT vaccinated WILL GET COVID. And that there have been NO ADVERSE REACTIONS to ANY vaccine (even the CDC admits that there have been). He said anyone not vaccinated is being selfish and inconsiderate. By then my wife was crying thinking that I was going to drop dead on the spot. His actions were totally out of line, and frankly I feel that he should be disciplined.

I was questioned by this doctor very rudely about why I came to the ER instead of calling my family physician.I had gone to the ER while in intense pain from a pinched nerve in my back.I was yelled at when I stated to his question why didn’t I call my family doctor,I replied I don’t know to which he yelled at me “ why dont you know” I actually started crying and apologized for bothering him in the ER. He continued to berate me and I listened to him say rambling statements concerning family doctors not busy be cause of COVID,doctors not giving out pain meds .I told him all I needed was gabapentine for my pain and that I had an appointment next Wednesday with my neurosurgeon.I had to list for him all my doctors I see before he wrote me a script for gabapentine.I never been treated so rudely and being bullied by a physician ever.I am 64 y.o. And am dupisabled with RA and psoriatic arthritis.
