No wait time in office

Thought they were very busy and running a bit late, every employee from the front desk to the X-ray tech, PA, and doctor were kind, understanding and ready to lend a sympathetic ear. Never felt rushed or taken for granted. All questions were fully answered. I even talked to them about getting my son seen to with them as well. It was just an added bonus that Dr. Reed was found to be friends with my primary care physician. My doctor had told me to see an Orthopedic surgeon and had not recommended them, so it was just a happy coincidence. I have used this group before for a previous knee injury in 2009 and found them to be just as professional as then. But it was the Orange City doctors earlier. My first time seeing them in Lake Mary.

I have been a patient of doctor Reed since 1993 I have an on job injury, doctor Reed setup rehabilitation with me and I was back to work. He is honest about his thoughts but doesn’t seem to push you into surgery. Give him a try.

Dr. Reed checked my total knee after 6 weeks surgery. Progress looks great explained how to continue with exercises. Return for another exam in 30 days. Made me feel very comfortableabout my progress of my knee. Did a very professional job surgery and whole procedure.

They were very informative on everything that was going to take place during the operation and recovery which relax me and made me feel that I made the right choice having Dr. Reed take care of my knee issues

Here’s the thing… you might wait a bit to see Dr. Reed, BUT, he is always worth it. No matter how busy he is, or how behind he might be (and trust me— he is ONLY behind because he listens and lets you voice your concerns), he is ALWAYS smiling, calm, professional, and positive. I’ve been there after 5pm, and he comes in the room as though I was his first patient. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and genuinely cares about people. My mom saw him once and called him “a true gentleman.” My husband also said he is great, and funny, too. He is very smart, but never cocky. He is confident in what he knows, and will give you a straight answer, but also humble. I also like that he is conservative, in a way that he doesn’t jump to do surgery. He never makes me feel like I’m bugging him with my chronic herniated discs, or when I bring up another body part (which is a no no to some docs, for billing reasons.) I wish he would keep working another 20 years! I can’t say enough. He is great.

Dr. Reed is very personable and attentive to your needs. He listens and spends time to understand your reason for coming and also gives a plan for treatment.

Dr Reed is great, he takes his time, no rush and makes you feel comfortable. He obviously instills that in his staff. Paula who does the scheduling is so nice, talking to her for the first time I felt like I've known her forever. Ashley his PA is kind and caring putting this scared patient at ease. She took her time and answered every concern I had. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. I have been coming to this office since the 1980's and not only would recommend it highly, but will always come here.
