I feel Dr. Pilkington always has my best interest and feel he takes his time to answer my questions and follows up with any concern I may have.Very friendly staff willing to help ok any request.

Doctor was amazing, followed through, listened attentively and explained the way forward and why the questions he asked were being asked. I was told what to do next- considering how busy the center is, I was pleased at how well he attended to me and his bedside manner.

Very little follow through to address health concerns or abnormal testing. Urgent sick call did not get handled with accurate relay of information, so you must use portal for this young doctor. As for chronic conditions, four months after MD note was placed in MyChart regarding needed steps to get treatment, nothing appeared to have been done. You must manage your own care. Be warned they cancel your appointment after 12 minutes late. Extraordinarily polite with words but actions are uncaring. Finally I realized my health is valuable and needs as prompt attention as their patient arrival expectations.
