My Best Friend
I saw Dr. Lillard at Mercy in Troy every since I was diagnosed with copd. When I found out he was leaving Mercy I went into depression and cried alot of tears that is how well he treated me, along with his nurse Debbie. NO One can ever replace this man. He is so caring for everyone even if you are poor. I keep praying he will return one day and I think of him all the time and wonder how he is doing

This is my second review of Dr Lillard and my first wasn't fair. I didn't actually see him the first time as I left the clinic. But he called me and apologized for keeping me waiting. That was such a kind gesture he didn't have to do. So I re booked a appointment and I'm so glad I did. He is so thorough in his medical practice and testing. I feel he is trying to give me the best possible medical treatment. His staff is just as nice and professional. I highly recommend him. Nice personality also.
