Dr. Liao and staff have always been available and Dr. Liao always explains issues to me. He visited me 7 days a week when I was hospitalized (can't visit now due to hospital rules) and even communicated with my other surgery doctor when he was out of the country. He is the best.

Worst practice I've ever been to. Totally understaffed. Liao frequently not available. Only an LPN to talk to if you can even get her. No online portal. No email. Phones are chaotic. One is always on hold. Can't leave message. Some calls via receptionist are never returned. Must call answering service, although phone number not given. Unbelievable that we are paying $3k/year for this lousy service. Stopping going there ASAP.
