no communication
I had to call 4 times over 2 days to get my prescription called in! I never received any communication about the results of blood work I had done. I called 3 times asking for it. Twice I left messages after long holds, never to be called back. Once I got through and was hung up on. I will go to a different OBGYN from now on.

Dr K has delivered my youngest 3 children. He is patient and kind and I could not be happier. I continue to see him for my gynecology needs.

Not only did they lose my two vials of blood they drew for the glucose test, they also lost all of my medical records, failed to mail me what little they still had AND no one has called me back after I requested, I needed to speak with the Dr about the next steps since now I am past the cut off for the glucose test. What an awful standard of care! I am being totally neglected. Where is my blood??? There are rules and regulations for bodily fluids. Why hasn't the doctor called me back?! Where are my medical records??? Why did the receptionist answer the phone in Spanish? This is what happens when someone born in Cuba and someone born in Puerto Rico take over your business? This merger with these two other doctors has been detrimental to my level of care and I am completely disgusted! Shame on you Nurse Jenn for losing my blood. Shame on you Dr Kruska for Never even bothering to call me back and shame on you all for losing access my medical records. ?!

Appointments are rushed with little explanation of issues. Asks very few questions in health review felt the assessment of my medical info was inadequate especially given I'm high Risk. They operate on a no news is good news policy and don't review blood work.

From the start something told me to get another doctor. I am expecting my first child and am currently 6months nearly 7months preg. I stayed with Kruszka ONLY because of his nurse, but I am at a point where I am fed up. I go into his office and it is a 2 sec review without much explanation of what is going on. I ask him questions and he seems lost or puzzled that I am asking questions at times. His nurse Tracey has been of great assistance, but I need another doctor. I should have gone with inst
