I love seeing dr humbard.
What are the last time my medication was called in? What is the wrong milligram and the wrong dosage and I need it back to normal and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone for a week now

I went in because of weight gain. Dr. Humbard said we would run blood work then set me up with a special diet plan. they did they blood work but I had to call them to get the results because they wouldn't call me. when i called to ask about my blood work results, Dr. Humbard answered the phone. I asked him when they were going to set me up with a diet plan. He told me that the nurse would call and discuss it with me. After waiting a week, I called back. Dr. Humbard answered. I told him that the nurse never called to put me on this special diet he had talked to me about. He told me that she had stepped out but would leave a note for her to call as soon as she got back. She never called back. After waiting a month and never getting a call back, I reached out to another Dr. and everything is great! I am very disappointed in the service I received. I will not go back! this is very poor service!

My experience with Dr. H is that he doesn’t really care about his patients. He is consistently slow to respond to anything my family may need. His office doesn’t timely respond to our emails and requests for appointments. His office answers the phone and immediately places us on hold and never returns to the call. He refuses to send a pre-auth for Rx to my insurance company despite repeated requests from my pharmacy. He has also failed to correctly diagnose my condition, which has resulted in a deterioration of my condition. Find a physician who cares because it’s clear, he doesn’t.

I have visited him 3 times now in the last 2 years. Each time I visit they are super fast and very helpful. I don't enjoy going to the doctor but I do enjoy visiting with Dr. Humbard he's a very personable person and his Nurse Lucy is very nice.
