Not Dr Hsieh but staff. Consistently not getting my medications filled without multiple follow-ups and phone calls. Does not offer any assistance with the things that are wrong. Just says it's just as expected. Really You let someone go through an issue and you just say it's it's expected. Should not be practicing medicine in my opinion

It is a shame that Dr. Hsieh is able to practice medicine. If you or a family member are in Lexington, NC and are in need of care, please avoid this office and this provider.

My experience was not with Dr. Hsieh himself but with the practice High Rock Internal. I have never been more humiliated in my life being spoken to like I was by the staff and assistants at High Rock Internal. This just didn't happen once, it's happened several times and a few times in front of other patients. Each time I had an appointment I would physically get sick on my stomach. Mike Thorinson, the PA that I seen spoke down to me, made me feel like there was no reason behind anything hurting
