UA Hardeman
The nurse was extremely professional and efficient. Dr Hardeman was as well, as usual. I've had Dr Hardeman for many years, and he has never been anything but outstanding. He does an excellent job of explaining everything, and is willing to hear all of my questions and give me answers without being impatient.

Excellent. My appointment was for a PSA test, but Dr. Hardeman explained that my last test results were low enough that I didn't need another one unless I wanted to, which I did. He immediately arranged for it and I was able to accomplish it before I left. I had no change in my condition so there was nothing further that needed to be done and he scheduled me back in one year. I was taken care of promptly and efficiently.

Took time to explain my condition.
Eventhough I was just one patient of the 20 or 30 Dr Hardeman saw the day of my appointment, he spent time explaining my condition. He did not forget that even though he sees many patients to each one of us it is very important.

The Best Doctor
Doctor Hardeman is excellent in all aspects of his practice. He is professional, caring, and communicates very clearly. He is also very skilled in the procedures of his speciality. I’ve had the same procedure by Doctor Hardeman and another physician. My experience with Doctor Hardeman involved minimal discomfort while the other procedure was very unpleasant. I appreciate his skills and his medical advice.

Best in Class in Urology
Dr Hardeman and his team graciously agreed to meet on short notice, to diagnose and treat a severe urinary tract infection. While this was my first visit, I found Dr Hardeman to be an excellent listener, cable of understanding my health history - even when my explanations were not necessarily perfect. He reviewed numerous previous relevant health records, asked me for clarification if necessary and by the end of the visit had demonstrated and uncanny ability to capture the essence of the problem. He advised an aggressive regimen for treatment going forward that for me appears to be the perfect path to an improved life style. In the face of all of the history and medical record review, he still found a way to connect on a personal level. I feel confident in his skills and feel he also cares personally for me.

He literally saved my life
In 1991 I had gone to three different doctors for blood in urine. I was 37 years old and they all dismissed it as one of those things. I eventually wound up at Dr Hardemans doorstep. He did a simple test to “rule out anything crazy”. Nailed it. Bladder cancer and now it had been going on for almost a year. Next morning biopsy . Confirmed it. Then scheduled some intense surgery and radiation. That surgery was September 3, 1991. I’m still here. Great doctor. He also treated my dad and had him in the OR for prostate surgery. But as I was sitting in the coffee shop waiting the doctor came up to me telling me how my dads health in general was so weak that he feared my dad wouldn’t survive so he stopped before cutting. Very wise doctor. My dad was 93 at the time and weak but other doctors cleared him for surgery.

A caring physician.
My first visit with Dr. Hardeman was better then I expected. He was very professional and had a very caring personality. I did not feel rushed at all. He explained everything in detail about what to expect. I read alot of reviews on Urology doctors and Dr. Hardeman stood out as one of the best. I asked my personal doctor about Dr. Hardeman and she had nothing but great things to say about him. I trust him with my care.

Highly recommended
Dr. Hardeman's bedside manner is top-notch. Unlike other physicians I've seen, he actually takes into consideration your concerns instead of just going off whatever symptoms you may have and treating them solely. The comfort he imparts when listening to you is invaluable.

I'm an ongoing patient of Dr. Hardeman. Staff are great on one visit, disinterested another time. Some of them are delightful to deal with. Visits range from very short and dismissive to moderately lengthy with adequate explanation. He certainly has broad training, experience and competence.

Staff not helpful
I've been to Dr. Hardeman a couple of times and was pleased with him. He listened to me and gave me a plan of care that was easily understood. The staff was not as helpful. The last time, I checked in and sat down. I was there to give a blood sample because someone had lost my earlier one. The receptionist apparently forgot I was there, so I asked. They sent me to the lab area, but that wasn't right either. I was wished a nice afternoon and then dismissed. I got tired of the runaround and left. I have not been contacted, so I plan to get a new doctor.
