Dr Hanniff and his team did a absolutely spectacular job on my knee replacement. I also want to thank the anesthesiologist and everybody that was involved. Trinity did a great job and I think that whole Wing is just set up for that. Again thank you all, God bless you and thanks for being you

I come in for injections, which last a year. Dr Hanff is easy to talk to and gets me into his office quite quickly. I'm happy he is continuing his father legacy. I was a patient of his too.Emily

Saw MD in April and he ordered gel injection for my knee said it would take 3 weeks for approval. Approved on 5/10/23, office said wait. Waited and called Liz very defensive and unhelpful. Told me I have many other patients to deal with beside you. Office lost authorization papers. Had them faxed and emailed, Liz said she still could not help me. Spoke with office manager ,Andrea who then had Liz call me back to tell me she could not help me and I would have to wait a few more weeks for the injection. And to basically stop calling her.

Had my second hip replaced by Dr Hanff at his outpatient center in odessa. Other than being 8 miles east of trinity hospital, the entire center treated me fantastic and 10 times better than trinity hospital. Also in and home in 5 hours!! Dr. HANFF has done my wife and many neighbors. I don't say it often, but this Dr is fabulous!!! I have no pain at all second day and walking like normal, wife is making me just using a walker for safety.

I went there for my first visit. I had a hard time with their portal and their office staff was not knowledgeable. The office manager Andrea apologized for her staff as "she was new only about 4 weeks in and that a lot of their veteran staff was not in." We also discussed copay and we understood that the copay for Dr. Hanff would be $35. When I was checking in early with Debbie at my appt. she began to get combative and argue with me and telling me that my copay would be the $125 and that I should call my insurance. I called them and confirmed $35. When i put them on the phone with Debbie and Andrea at the desk Debbie got angry and stormed off. Andrea then they told me that I needed to go get my x-rays and come back. I explained that I was not told that. She then stated that staff aka Debbie said I was cursing at her. I asked her if I cursed or got disrespectful at any point and she said no and I said why would I start now. She then stated that it was best if I seek care somewhere else

In the two minutes I was introduced to Dr. Hanff, I felt I was in good hands. My sincere apologies for affiliating your skill set with previous negitive associations with HCA. I know the hospital does not represent you, you represent yourself in that hospital.

Dr. Hanff performed a complete hip replacement on me about 7 years ago. It was as if I was crippled & he waved a magic wand over my head & I was cured.

I was referred to Dr. Hanff by a family member and one of my doctors after receiving bad counsel from a different surgeon. I had a great experience with Dr, Hanff. I received an anterior total hip replacement and had a great recovery. The doctor, his PA, the staff and the Physical Therapists all did a great job helping me to recover and treated me very well. I would see Dr. Hanff again if ever needed.

HE REPLACED MY LEFT KNEE AND IT WAS THE BEST RESULTS FOR A NEW KNEE. DR STEPHEN HANFF IS THE ONE TO SEE IF YOU NEED A REPLACEMENT.

Dr. Stephen Hanff just did a total hip replacement on me. He was able to fix my leg so now they are the same length. I was able to go home the same day. It is my fifth day and I am walking and feeling great. I am very thankful for the wonderful job he did and the wonderful care I got at The Medical Center of Trinity.

Dr. HAMFF did a reconstruction of my hip surgery. I was in the hospital one day home the next day and I had no pain whatsoever. I think he’s a wonderful Surgeon

I did not enjoy my experience with dr. Stephen Hanff I find it hard to respect somebody who's younger than my oldest or my youngest child don't let anybody at his office tell you that a medical device or medical equipment, Google it first you'll be surprised how much you may be being overcharging I did not like the services assembly line if you don't really care about what your doctor says to you I found them to be very uncaring more about the money than the people the most surgeons may be like that I don't know I haven't been to one in 18 years it is different than it was in the old days I can't say I recommend him because he decided not to take my case because I asked for some baby in the room with his PA who I had a conflict with but either that I I guess he's probably a good surgery and seems to be busy but it's more like I said assembly line something to I definitely would not recommend him to anybody he has done nothing to help me get into another doctor what he said he would do

On my first visit, Dr. Hanff diagnosed my shoulder pain as bicep tendinitis. He gave me a cortizone shot and excersizes to do. The shot and the excersizes helped for one month and when I returned, still with pain, Dr. Hanff gave me a prescription for an anti-inflamatory and a script for an MRI. I made the MRI appt. and the day before I was to go, I was told my insurance denied the test. I received a letter stating the same a few days later which requested my doctor call my insurance company to discuss my case further to see if an MRI approval was truly warranted. After several phone calls with Hanff's office, I was told he would not call and come in for my appointment to discuss options. I did so and Hanff's options were to pay for the MRI myself or wait the full 12 weeks to see if I improved, as insurance co. said, and resubmit for MRI. Hanff told me "HE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO CALL INSURANCE COMPANIES AND WOULDN'T DO IT". He also refused to give me another shot a few days earlier.

Dr. Hanff did my husband's bilateral hip replacement. Seeing my husband's confidence in his surgeon was comforting. After meeting Dr. Hanff at an informal question and answer event I came away with my own feelings of confidence. He is not just a great surgeon he is a gifted healer.

Had the DR. do both my hip and knee.. Extremely happy with the results. Have recommended him to others. His PA Emily is awesome. Questions answered. Therapy department excellent.

Dr. Hanff did both my knees same day at Trinity Hospital walked in 2hours next day i was home next day I'm at Dr Hanff therapy on 2nd floor. In 4days i could walk in 14days i was driving and grocery shopping(no walker or cane). there was no pain i was cutting lawn in 4 weeks. Neighbors, friends, relatives now have the doctors card. the knees took 45 min each to due, the therapy staff upstairs will make continued improvements every day. Relax and let them do their job they will know what's needed

Dr Hanff replaced both of my hips and I am doing great getting back to golf and bowling he is the best around.
