In addition to his skill as a surgeon, Dr. Gryzlo will listen to you and answer all of your questions. He repaired my right rotator five years ago and it is wonderful.

Perhaps a good surgeon, but I never had a chance to find out. The communications between his office and the pre-op scheduling department was a mess. They could not get aligned from day 1. The pre-op scheduling dept and I were told different things time after time. After at least 10 calls back and forth over weeks, they still could not align with pre-op scheduling on what exactly I needed done and why. Made me nervous to proceed. Finally decided I had better cancel the whole thing and start the process over with a different physician. Wasted a lot of time. Pretty disappointed.

Overall an awesome doctor, but it's a large practice so there will be a compromise in bedside manor/comfort. He spends time reviewing your case and usually allocated a few minutes at the end of the session for you to ask any questions. In the end, I wasn't a candidate for surgery so PT was the appropriate route for me but based on feedback I received in the waiting area, everyone praised him with high regards.
